Criminal Fines
Criminal Fines is a division of the Financial Recovery department and is responsible for accepting most payments for criminal cases including those placed on a payment plan. Criminal Fines posts and distributes cash bonds, prepares and records judgments, verifies that court ordered fines, fees, court costs, restitution, etc…are properly assessed in the case management system and distributed according to statute. County probation supervision costs, drug court fees and non-criminal violations (boating, animal control, ordinance violations) are also paid in Criminal Fines.
