Department of Financial Recovery

The Department of Financial Recovery was established to ensure effective and efficient collections of funds owed to Manatee County. The staff is responsible for assisting with the completion of the Indigence application and determining indigence for the purposes of costs or representation based upon the information provided. Payment plans are prepared and monitored for the repayment of costs and fees.
