Electronically certified court records now available online

At the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller, we aim to provide convenient access to our services online. We are excited to announce that certified copies of court records can now be ordered electronically.

Registered users can simply log in to their account at Records.ManateeClerk.com to locate and order the needed court record. If you are not yet registered, visit the Public Access and Research page on our website for instructions on how to set up your free account.

Ordering a certified copy electronically is a straightforward process:

  1. Select the "Certified Print" option to add the record to your shopping cart.
  2. Proceed to the shopping cart icon at the top of the record to check out.
  3. Follow the instructions to complete the order.

Some documents are marked with a lock icon and are unavailable to view. These View on Request (VOR) documents can be accessed by clicking the lock icon and entering your email address. It may take up to 24 hours to receive the requested document.
