The civil division of the Circuit Court has jurisdiction over general law cases such as foreclosures, real property disputes, condominium disputes, eminent domain, auto negligence, personal negligence, professional malpractice, products liability, and contracts and indebtedness, all with a claim value over $50,000.00.
Foreclosures
Judicial sales on foreclosed property are set by the Court and conducted by the Clerk's Office in accordance with the Final Judgment. Judicial sales are held according to the specified location on the Final Judgment or Order when scheduled. Judicial sales held via the internet will be at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com. Judicial Sales held at the Clerk's Annex will be at the Manatee County Judicial Center, 1051 Manatee Avenue West Bradenton, FL.34205. All of the sales start at 11:00 a.m.
