2023 Operation Green Light A Driver License Reinstatement Event

The Manatee County Clerk of Circuit Court & Comptroller is hosting Operation Green Light in person at the Clerk & Comptroller's office located in the Manatee County Historic Courthouse on Saturday, March 11, 2023 and March 25, 2023 from 8:30 a.m. to Noon to help customers with suspended driver licenses pay overdue court obligations, including traffic tickets, while saving up to 30% in additional fees to get their license back*. 

For customers interested in setting up a payment plan, pursuant to F.S. 28.246 a down payment of up to $100 is required, in addition to a $25 charge to establish a payment plan, plus any clearance fees.

Only customers who did not participate in the 2022 Operation Green Light event are eligible to participate this year.

Customers need to bring with them their driver license and case numbers, if they have it, and cash or a credit card for payment. A 3.5% non-refundable processing fee will be added to each credit card transaction.

This is a walk-in event and appointments are not required. 

The Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV)'s FLOW bus will be onsite offering license reinstatement assistance.
