Manatee County Annual Debt Report Now Available
The Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller has published Manatee County’s first Annual Debt Report for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2020. This Annual Debt Report provides the public a detailed look at the County's comprehensive debt.
Manatee County’s debt is comprised of several types of bonds to include, non-self supporting revenue bonds and self-supporting revenue bonds, as well as various notes and loans which are all defined within the report. Manatee County’s bonds all carry a credit rating of the highest quality as determined by several bond rating agencies. Manatee County and their financial advisors actively monitor market conditions for opportunities to finance planned improvements or reduce the cost of outstanding debt.
Manatee County Clerk and Comptroller Angelina "Angel" Colonneso is proud to present the first Annual Debt Report for Manatee County. "This publication presents a transparent look at the outstanding debt held by Manatee County.
