The Clerk’s Office handles the central cashiering function for the Board of County Commissioners. The cashier accepts payments on behalf of the following departments.
- Utility bills with your account information
- Permitting
- Zoning and Planning
Location: Administration Building, 1112 Manatee Ave. W, Bradenton, FL 34205, second floor.

Payment Types
The Board of County Commissioners accepts:
- Cash
- Business and personal checks in US Funds with valid driver’s license or state ID. All checks will be made payable to the Board of County Commissioners.
- Credit cards and debit cards; Debit cards must have a Visa or Master Card logo and be usable without a pin number. Visa, Master Card and Discover are accepted with valid driver’s license or state ID. The person presenting the card must be the name imprinted on the card, otherwise a Credit Card Authorization form must be presented with each transaction.
