Our phones are very busy and there are other ways to contact us and report information that will save you time and keep you from holding on the phone.

Office visit
If you have an existing case with our office and need to see a case worker, please come in after phone hours end at noon to lessen your wait. You can also make an appointment by calling our office between 8:30am and 5:00pm.

If you are calling about your own personal case, our case managers are available to take phone calls from 9:00am to noon, Monday - Friday. The reason phone hours are limited to these times is to give us additional time during the day to process casework, follow up from phone calls and see our customers who come into the office.

Employers, Other Partner Agencies & Attorneys
You may call our office anytime between 8:30am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri. Employers and other agencies, select Option 5. Attorneys or staff, select Option 3.
Phone Menu Options
Our office phone number is (941) 741-4039. When you call in, you will be asked to select from an option menu (see below) to route your call based on the type of case and the nature of your call. Calls are answered in the order they come in so please stay on the line. Do not hang up and call back or your call will take longer to be routed. We do our best to answer all calls promptly.

We often experience higher call volume at the beginning of each week, especially on Mondays. If you can call on a different day, you may get through more quickly.
