Checking on Payments
By Phone: Whether you pay or receive child support, you can check on payments by calling the State Disbursement Unit (SDU) toll free at 1-877-769-0251. The SDU Voice Response Unit is available 24 hours a day to check on payments. SDU Customer Service is open Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, if you need to speak to a customer service representative.
Online: The last 5 payments can be viewed online at www.myfloridacounty.com or by clicking below. Your court case number and social security number are required. Check your Payments by visiting the My Payment History page.
A New Way to Receive Child Support
